The subject property is located in an area north of Oakburn Creek and East of the Caracol Road along the San Miguel Road , Mountain Pine Ridge Area, Cayo District. Although the subject property does not form part of any protected area, the area is surrounded by the Elijio Panty National Park to the north and by the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest Reserve to the east, south, and west. This area is considered a tourist destination by many, due to its beautiful creeks, spectacular views and high terrain. Several lodges identified as tropical paradises can be found in the area. Gala River Lodge can be spotted north of the property. Other lodges such as Big Rock Falls, San Miguel Camp Grounds and Reimer Cabins are also in very close proximity. The world known and famous “1000-foot Fall” is located just north east of the property. This property consists of a single commercial/residential parcel containing 8.08 acres of solid high land and offers approximately 1230 ft of road frontage along the San Miguel Road at its south western boundary. The parcel can be accessed along the San Miguel Road which branches off the Chiquibul /Caracol Road.
