The subject property is located in the Sarteneja Registration Section in an area commonly known as Rocky Point. The subject property is located along the coast of Belize at approximately 5 kilometers South East from the fishing community of Sarteneja. The beautiful Corozal Town is located north west and the City of Chetumal, a Hispanic community in Mexico is located northwest as well.
